Your Role

We are seeking for an experienced Instructional Designer - SAP Specialist with 5+ years of relevant exposure to join our team. The successful candidate will help in driving instructional writing/instructional design and content visualization.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Lead and manage the client engagement.
• Lead and manage the project team.
• Understand client requirements and propose learning solutions to meet the requirements.
• Create course outlines and design documents based on client requirements.
• Analyze current state environment, including analysis of performance gaps and job/task/needs analysis.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshop and conduct interviews to confirm performance needs and translate those needs into concrete options for learning interventions.
• Facilitate design session with key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Create project documentation including design templates, standards, style guides, technical specifications, straw models, train-the-trainer, pilot materials, and working prototypes.
• Demonstrate expertise in developing a range of instructional materials including classroom-based training, e-learning, job aids, references guides, scenario case studies, on-the-job training, train-the-trainer course material, assessments, and evaluations.
• Demonstrate effective course development and evaluation skills. Should be able to independently develop entry and advanced level technical and non-technical courses for both internal and external clients.
• Deliver training on SAP system and business processes to key users / end-users.
• Review deliverables developed by team members.

• Ability to analyze complex technical content and present it in the most effective way to enhance learning.
• Ability to identify content gaps.
• Ability to manage projects from end to end and coordinate with stakeholders, SMEs, and internal team.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent course designing, writing, and reviewing skills.
• Excellent command over English language (written as well as spoken).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle client communication and manage projects independently.
• Excellent time management and self-management skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Demonstrated research and analysis skills.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing complex learning solutions.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing curriculum development programs.
• Strong consulting capability with strong interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
