We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Passenger Service Agents. Job Description: As a Passenger Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our passengers at the airport. Your main duties will include:

• Greeting passengers and assisting them with check-in procedures
• Handling baggage and ensuring it is properly tagged and loaded onto the correct flight
• Assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft
• Providing information and assistance to passengers with special needs or requests
• Resolving any issues or complaints from passengers in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborating with other airport staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Following all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of our passengers and crew
• Maintaining a neat and organized work area at all times
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements:
• Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage
