About The Job
We are seeking an HR Intern, who will support the HR, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding activities in delivering a seamless employee experience. This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to gain hands-on exposure to core HR processes in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Objectives of this role

  • Talent Acquisition (TA) Support
  • Screen CVs for high-volume roles under the guidance of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Organize interview schedules, coordinate with interview panels, and send candidate invitations.
  • Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Support in initial candidate communications and scheduling interviews.
  • Help prepare recruitment reports and analytics.
  • Support the engagement activities with offer accepted candidates and hiring managers, to ensure the connection between Syensqo and the candidate remains until the start date.
  • Onboarding & Pre-Joining Formalities
  • Collect pre-joining documents and maintain checklists to ensure compliance.
  • Follow up on pre-joining formalities (forms, documents, ID proofs).
  • Coordinate laptop and IT equipment requests for new joiners.
  • Liaise with Admin to prepare workstations and access badges.
  • Maintain a Day-1 readiness checklist for new hires.
  • Assist with welcome kits and Day-1 introduction logistics.
  • Support the orientation process for new employees.
  • HR Administration
  • Assist with statutory documentation requirements, including ID card preparation and employer reference checks.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Support the preparation of HR letters and certificates (e.g., employment, experience).
  • Help with filing and organizing personnel documents.
  • Assist in HR audits and compliance checks.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in collecting feedback from employees on engagement initiatives.
  • Help prepare communication materials for HR programs and events.
  • Participate in organizing wellness and recognition programs.

Education and experience*
  • Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in IT recruitment is a plus
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in (Excel, Word, G-suite, PPT).

  • Strong grasp of English language, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work individually and collaborate with a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and collaborate in a team environment.
