We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In This Role, You Will

  • Design, develop, and maintain document automation templates using Hotdocs Advance.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional templates.
  • Build and manage reusable components to streamline template creation and improve consistent.
  • Implement control and standards to ensure quality, compliance, and version management.
  • Support deployment of templates in Hotdocs Advance, ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to templates, components, or deployments.
  • Partner with the IT and business teams to improve efficiency through automation initiative.
  • Document all development work, configuration, and testing for audit and support purposes.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience with HotDocs Advance and HotDocs Developer.
  • Strong understanding of document automation concepts and best practices
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word, XML, and integration within enterprise environments.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritise and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
  • Experience within the banking, financial, or legal domain will be an advantage.
