We are looking for a Head of Low Code CoE
You’ll make a difference by:
Strategic Leadership : Define and implement the CoE’s vision, roadmap, and KPIs in alignment with SMO IT’s digital transformation strategy. Champion low code adoption and innovation across the organization
Platform Ownership : Be responsible for the governance, architecture, and lifecycle management of multiple low code platforms (Mendix, Power Platform, UiPath, and others). Ensure standard processes, security, and compliance are embedded in all solutions
Solution Delivery : Drive the end-to-end delivery of scalable, reliable, and business-relevant low code applications. Develop teamwork between business and IT to identify, prioritize, and implement impactful use cases
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams in India and Germany. Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and high performance
Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary collaborate with business units, IT leadership, and external partners. Handle expectations, communicate progress, and ensure collaborator satisfaction
Community and Talent Development : Establish a strong community of practice for low code, drive talent development, and ensure knowledge sharing across regions
Change Management : Lead organizational change initiatives to improve adoption and value realization from low code solutions
You’ll win us over by:
You have a IT, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years of professional IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in low code platforms and digital transformation roles.
Proven expertise in Mendix, Power Platform, UiPath, or similar low code/RPA platforms.
Strong background in IT service management (ITIL), software engineering, and application lifecycle management.
Proven experience in leading distributed, multicultural teams and handling external service providers.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and C-level presentation skills.
Experience in agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
Willingness to travel between India and Germany as the need arises
Good to have
Experience in people management, change management and transformation.
Mendix, Power Platform, UiPath, or similar low code/RPA platforms.
