Job Description

• Guide and supervise the subordinate team to achieve departmental objectives and BOM value targets.
• Conduct daily reviews of BOM value for the respective department.
• Plan daily production schedules based on requirements and ensure execution.
• Track daily production and ensure adherence to targets.
• Plan monthly manpower allocation in line with production targets.
• Provide technical inputs to ensure production targets are met with quality standards.
• Ensure smooth flow of production activities without delays or bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, SCM) to resolve production issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce setup time, and minimize rejections.
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Education Required: BE or Diploma Mechanical
• Experience Required: 5-8 years
