Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Fun Consultants to join Reliance Brands as interns in Pune, Ahmedabad, and Mumbai. This position is perfect for freshers passionate about creating memorable experiences and engaging customers through entertainment programs. Good opportunity to freshers. Qualifications And Skills

  • Demonstrated ability in customer service by effectively interacting with and assisting customers to create positive in-store experiences. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong creativity that enables the conceptualization and execution of fun, engaging activities tailored for diverse audience groups. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven team collaboration skills for seamless coordination with peers and supervisors during events and daily operations. (Mandatory skill)
  • Basic knowledge and enthusiasm for entertainment activities such as hosting games, interactive sessions, or themed events in a retail setting.
  • Interest and exposure in music performance or organizing music-based programs to captivate and entertain audiences during store events.
  • A background or passion for dance, including organizing or participating in dance activities, flash mobs, or choreographed sessions for customer engagement.
  • Effective verbal communication abilities to engage confidently with customers and teammates, ensuring clarity and positivity in all interactions.
  • Proactive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new entertainment trends to continuously enhance the customer experience offered in-store.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute fun, interactive activities including games, contests, and entertainment programs to enhance the customer experience in-store.
  • Organize and participate in music or dance sessions, ensuring energetic and inclusive events that attract and engage customers of all ages.
  • Collaborate closely with team members and management to develop creative concepts that align with Reliance Retails brand values and objectives.
  • Engage directly with customers, encouraging participation and providing attentive assistance to ensure every customer enjoys their time in the store.
  • Monitor activity setups, manage logistics, and help maintain event schedules to ensure smooth execution and outstanding customer experiences.
  • Gather customer feedback during and after events, contributing insights and suggestions for future entertainment programs and improvements.
  • Support the marketing and promotions team by assisting in publicizing upcoming entertainment events within the store or on digital platforms.
  • Ensure all entertainment events are conducted with utmost safety and inclusivity, adhering to the guidelines and standards set by Reliance Retail.
