Position Overview: As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing assistance and services to passengers at the airport. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome passengers as they arrive at the airport
• Check-in passengers and their luggage
• Assist passengers with boarding procedures
• Handle ticketing and reservations
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and cancellations
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings
• Collaborate with other airport staff and airline crew to ensure efficient operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements:
• Minimum qualification of 10+2 or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing situations
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage when required
