Finance Transformation

Join our Finance Transformation practice to help Deloitte client service teams define and execute Finance and Global Business Services agendas and strategies. You will work with world-class teams and insights, helping support delivery in challenging environments, market uncertainty, technology development, and regulatory considerations to help unlock value. Your work may span strategy, operations, process design, and technology as we collaborate with teams to enable transforming finance.

Position Summary

Level: Consultant or equivalent

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do:

You’ll lead Oracle ARCS implementations end-to-end, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance reconciliation and recommend solutions. Your role includes overseeing project delivery, managing risks, ensuring quality and timelines, and driving automation/reporting with EPM Automate/REST APIs. Youll manage plans, reports, and risk logs; guide junior consultants; maintain client engagement; present updates; ensure solutions align with objectives; and mentor teams to foster collaboration and learning.

Controllership & Treasury Transformation (C&TT) is one of the offerings within the Finance Transformation portfolio of Deloitte US India Consulting. This Offering advises, implements, and delivers solution as-a-service relating to digital finance strategies, financial planning and analysis, enterprise performance strategies and technologies solutions. By taking a holistic view of these key business areas from strategy development through process design and technology enablement, we help our clients navigate their challenges while continuing to succeed in their business.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) solutions
• Expertise in designing formats, creating profiles, reconciliation rules, workflows, and system settings in the Compliance module
• Experience in building Transaction Matching Match Types, including data sources, rules, filters, journal mapping, and transaction types
• Integration experience with source systems (Oracle Cloud ERP, Bank Statements) and subledger sources (AR, AP, FA)
• Experience in developing automation scripts using EPM Automate / REST APIs
• Proven track record of leading projects and managing teams

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients
• Experience in mentoring and guiding junior consultants
• Exposure to traditional and Agile project delivery
  
  

Education:

• Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Business, Technology or Math/Engineering (B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science) or CAs/CPAs, MBAs) from accredited university

Shift Timings:

• 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
