What You Will Do

  • Provide month end reporting to multiple divisions summarizing Distributor Finance activity for processed resales, refunds, and handling fees
  • Ensure Timely and accurate completion of reports/requests for each region
  • Measure and Monitor KPI and SLAs
  • Supervise a team of 10–15 associates, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Monitor team and individual performance based on their targets
  • Evaluate potential improvements and scope expansion based on changing business needs
  • Provide support, ad hoc reporting, and analysis to internal and external customers
  • Ensure that all reporting processes and systems are documented
  • Support various ad-hoc requests from Divisional partners
  • Monthly/Quarterly risk reviews with Divisional partners
  • Take ownership of and resolve complex customer inquiries through extensive research, a detailed understanding of processes, systems, and practices
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Enhance existing and develop new tools, reporting, KPIs and processes to provide insightful analytics and optimize department’s performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and significant work experience
  • 8 Years of business-related experience with significant experience in shared services or similar setup
  • Experience in managing >5 direct report’s / teams
  • Onboard new team members on processes systems, tools, and operational best practices
  • Hands on experience working in Excel, Word, Access, Outlook
  • Identify recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions
  • Must be adaptable to support global business operations across time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of total professional experience
  • 3–5 years in customer service, finance, supply chain operations, or technical support
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate staff, and build a teamwork environment
  • Prior experience of being part of Transitions preferred
  • Six Sigma Projects , process improvements exposure
