Job Description

• Financial Analysis & Cost Control, including closing of books and financial stat
• Budget Management with focus on margin improvement.
• Assist in Internal and Statutory Audits and coordinate with auditors.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, Daily Financial Dashboards, and data Analysis
• Evolve, strengthen & ensure adherence to Company process, Policies from the FINANCE & Control perspective
• Support Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) in policy changes and project management with a focus on costs & budget
  
  

Candidate Profile

• B.Com/ CA / CMA / MBA with 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Building Material Industry preferred , else consumer goods , auto
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation and Compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel, and MIS reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Integrity, punctuality, and process adherence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in SAP.
• Monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure adherence to SOPs
