Finance Analyst

We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Analyst wholl help ensure accurate regulatory reporting, maintain strong financial controls, and support key regulatory and business initiatives across our Singapore entities.
• prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports and returns for APAC Singapore entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting deadlines
• build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and regulators, resolving queries promptly and delivering high-quality support
• support BAU activities and regulatory change initiatives, including the implementation of new regulatory requirements and transition into ongoing reporting processes
• maintain the integrity of the financial ledger through balance sheet reconciliations, account substantiation, adjustment processing, and investigation of feed issues
• monitor, investigate, and resolve reporting discrepancies while maintaining process documentation and ensuring compliance with KPIs, controls, and governance standards
• analyze financial and management reporting information, explain material balances and variances, and contribute to process improvements, management reporting, and strategic initiatives

The team

You will join the APAC Entity Controller and Regulatory Reporting team in Pune, supporting regional financial close and regulatory reporting activities across APAC Singapore entities. Youll work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including Treasury, Risk, Legal, Operations, Auditors, and Finance, to ensure accurate reporting, maintain strong controls, and meet regulatory requirements.

Your skills and experience

• Chartered Accountant with 0 to 2 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or regulatory reporting
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver accurate, high-quality results
• excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy and controls
• effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams
• ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• adaptable and flexible, with willingness to support APAC business hours when required
• high level of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation
• collaborative team player who thrives in diverse and inclusive environments and contributes to team success
• curiosity about how AI can improve the way work is delivered, combined with sound judgment and adherence to policies, risk standards, and ethical practices when using AI tools
