Job Summary
This position is critical in supporting the design and implementation of the enterprise-wide risk management framework. The risk management specialist will identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks while also developing strategies to mitigate and monitor these risks, enabling our clients to achieve their strategic goals.
Essential Job Functions
Assist in the development and maintenance of the risk management framework and reporting processes
Conduct risk assessments and control evaluations to identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization
Collaborate with various departments to understand their risk exposures and ensure compliance with risk management policies
Continuously monitor the risk landscape and update risk management strategies accordingly
Prepare detailed risk reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance risk awareness and culture within the organization
Remain updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting risk management practices
Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
Experience Requirements
6+ years of professional experience
4+ years experience with risk management
Experience Preference
can substitute risk management experience for 4+ years of insurance experience or 4+ years of business continuity experience
Skill Requirements
4+ years of experience with Microsoft products
6+ years of experience with Excel/SQL/VBA (advanced level)
4+ years of experience in Data Analytics
Office Suite - Intermediate
Skill Preference
Knowledge of fraud analytics
