Job Description
This role is primarily responsible to deal with B2B business where individuals may receive calls from suppliers, Technicians and will have to investigate and come out with the final solution.
Primary Responsibilities
- Speak with client customer/engineers, investigate and communicate proper solutions
- Input correct information’s on client systems
- Providing simple information available in the system
- Ensure SLA target are achieved
- Minimum 0-1 year of voice experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office – MS Excel, Word Doc, Outlook
- Demonstrates good time management and organizational skills
- Understands the need for confidentiality
