Roles & Responsibilities:

• Shift rejected material to the Blocked Warehouse as per Quality team instructions, both physically and in the system.
• Scrapping the (blocked-scrap) material on time.Ideally to maintain zero material in scrap WH. Regular measuring daily/weekly based scrap.Segregating scrap material as per category.
• On-time disposing scrap. Follow-up with scrap vendors for vehicle placement and loading.
• Maintain all warehouse safety standards, discipline, and implement 5S practices consistently
• Responsible for all MHE (maintain runtime records, manpower planning, preventive maintenance).
• Manage and distribute vehicles for material movement.
• Perpetual inventory count. Palletizing quality material and staging to production line as per material issue note or production order.
• Final assembly parts offered to quality. Sending material from WH to shop floor & closing operation as well as coordination with planning.
• Updating shortages & follow-up with purchase. Follow-up on the readiness status of parts with production & quality for on-time delivery.
• Responsibility of Raw material WH, Purchase part WH, General spare part WH. Replacement of line-rejected parts.
• Measure cycle time for material feeding.Prepare and maintain Daily Work Reports (DWR). Ensure proper inventory management and reporting
  
  

Contributing Your Strengths: Your Qualifications

• Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  
  

Experience

• 5 to 10 years of experience in store and warehouse functions.
  
  

Preferred / Special Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Must be skilled in MS Office, knowledge of Infor-LN system will be an added advantage.
