Job Description

1] Expertise in SEA & air freight cost working, Landing Calculation [ HSN & Weight]

2]Hands-on experience in portals like GeM, CPPP/eProcure, HAL, BHEL, ECIL, BEL, Railways, and other PSU portals.

3]Strong knowledge of government procurement policies (GFR, GeM guidelines, e-procurement rules).

4]Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

5] Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

6] Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

1] Manage company profile, product listings, catalogs, pricing, and compliance documents on the GeM portal.

2] Monitor bids, RA (Reverse Auctions), and participate as per business requirements.

3] Ensure timely catalog updates, price revisions, OEM details, and product approvals

• Bid Preparation & Submission
  
  

Prepare Complete Tender Documentation Including

Technical bids

Financial bids

Compliance sheets

Deviations & clarifications

EMD/Bank Guarantees/Integrity Pact, etc.

Upload documents and submit bids on respective portals before deadlines.

Ensure error-free submissions with proper supporting documents.
