QA Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for an ERP Functional Test Engineer with experience testing enterprise business applications such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Manhattan WMS, Blue Yonder, Salesforce, or other ERP/Supply Chain platforms. The role involves validating end-to-end business processes, integrations, and system functionality to ensure high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and create test scenarios/test cases.
• Perform Functional, Integration, E2E, Regression, and UAT testing.
• Validate business workflows across modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Warehouse, Finance, and Customer Management.
• Execute tests, log defects, and support defect resolution.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners.
• Support release validation and production deployments.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of STLC and Defect Lifecycle.
• Experience in ERP testing (SAP, Oracle ERP, Dynamics 365, Manhattan WMS, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Jira, qTest, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Excellent test case design and defect management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience.

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified Associate in Software Testing
• Certified Software Quality Analyst
• Certified Test Engineer
• ISTQB certified (Foundation level).
• Pharmaceuticals wholesaling or Healthcare domain knowledge desirable.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 3 to 8 years of directly-related or relevant experience, preferably in system/software quality and testing.

• Bug Tracking Software
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems like Sage, ASW, SAP
• Functional Testing Tools like Selenium, Cucumber
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Exposure on Non-functional testing (Automation/Performance) desirable.
• Programming Languages like JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, SQL
