Education : Graduation (Engineering Preferred) + MBA (Six Sigma Preferred)

About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Procurement Transformation Leader with 8-12 years of experience in driving end-to-end procurement transformations across complex organizations. This role requires deep domain expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, digital tools, change management, and stakeholder engagement. As a key change agent, you will lead transformation programs aimed at optimizing procurement performance, driving cost efficiencies, improving compliance, and enabling innovation through digitization and process redesign.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Strategy & Transformation:

• Design and lead enterprise-wide procurement transformation programs.
• Develop target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Conduct maturity assessments and identify key areas for process and performance improvement.
• Align procurement strategies with broader organizational goals.
  
  

Process Optimization & Performance Improvement

• Streamline and standardize procurement processes (P2P, S2C, category management).
• Define KPIs, SLAs, and procurement performance dashboards.
• Implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Agile).
  
  

Technology & Digital Enablement

• Lead procurement digitization initiatives using tools like SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Jaggaer, etc.
• Work with IT and business stakeholders to implement e-sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and supplier portals.
• Evaluate and implement procurement analytics and automation solutions.
  
  

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

• Drive stakeholder alignment across functions, regions, and business units.
• Lead change management, communication, and training efforts to ensure adoption.
• Build a procurement culture focused on value creation, compliance, and innovation.
  
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional project teams.
• Collaborate with operations, business units to support transformation.
• Build capability and maturity within internal procurement teams.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8-12+ years of procurement or supply chain experience, with significant focus on transformation.
• Proven track record of delivering mid/large-scale procurement transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with procurement technologies (ERP and Source-to-Pay platforms).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting background or in-house transformation experience in large global organizations.
• Certifications: CIPS, CPSM, PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
• Experience in managing change in complex, matrixed, or global environments.
