Responsibilities

Job Description

• As BIM Manager you will be responsible to continually evaluate opportunities, challenges & technology trends in the BIM industry and work closely with nCircle Senior Leadership to strategize and create Business Plans to cater to our customers worldwide.
• Capitalize on your domain expertise in the BIM industry to build excellent rapport with the International clients and work with the sales team to grow these accounts.
• Taking complete ownership of managing multiple projects by getting involved in multiple facets of project management including requirement analysis, client communication, resource management, internal coordination with technical team etc.. to ensure timely and quality delivery to client(s).
• Proactively identify vulnerabilities that may negatively impact project delivery (Timelines, Quality, Cost). Work seamlessly with technical teams to resolve any such conflicts before they turn out to be project risks / client escalations.
• Responsible for profitability of projects and should be able to accept revenue targets.
• Responsible for implementation of new processes using automation tools to save time and maximize productivity
• Build and foster a high-performance & process driven culture, mentor team members and provide your team with the guidance and motivation to make things happen. Foster collaborative culture across the organization.
• Drive customer satisfaction by effectively tracking project milestones, deliverables, and change requests. Serve as a liaison to timely communicate information regarding any changes w.r.t project milestones, resources allocations, project completion etc.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors along with internal teams to deliver projects within timelines.
• Adhere to organizations PMO initiatives aimed at continuously improving processes & practices. Ensure that processes and practices are not only well communicated & documented but also institutionalized appropriately through frequent communication, training interventions and reviews.
• Collaborate with HR team for talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development efforts to ensure that team is motivated, rewarded and provided with career advancement opportunities
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills:

• 10 to 12 years of experience working in construction industry preferably into BIM
• Should have good experience into Project Management and Team Management
• Should be responsible for QA-QC procedures are properly implemented and maintained by project members
• Responsible for design deliverables and ensure that they are as per the standards
• Should have experience into managing vendors and their deliverables tracking system
• Should have strong project management capabilities with demonstrated experience in driving resources and project timetables Should be able to manage multiple project at same time with different geographics
• Should have experience working on Revit, AutoCAD and BIM 360
• Responsible for preparing different reports of the project and share with concern stakeholders
• Experience working with Scan to BIM Projects will be an added advantage.
