The Data Integration Support Specialist is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of integration solutions and enterprise applications. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and strategic oversight to ensure seamless integration and application operations aligned with organizational goals, technology standards, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate integration architecture and application needs into scalable and reliable solutions.

● Lead the implementation and support of integration solutions, ensuring uptime, performance, and alignment with best practices

● Manage the application support team for timely issue resolution and smooth operations

● Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to team members while driving process improvements and best practices

● Monitor SLAs to ensure compliance and system efficiency, and proactively identify areas for optimization and upgrades

● Work closely with business analysts, functional teams, and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements. Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Boomi solutions.

● Identify technical issues and risks during development and testing phases. Support mitigation strategies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of integration solutions.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

● 7+ years of hands-on experience in OIC/ Boomi (Dell Boomi AtomSphere) support.

● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate integration architecture and application needs into scalable and reliable solutions.

● Lead the implementation and support of integration solutions, ensuring uptime, performance, and alignment with best practices

● Manage the application support team for timely issue resolution and smooth operations

● Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to team members while driving process improvements and best practices
