• Design, implementation and optimization of ETL and data pipelines for business intelligence and analytics applications.
• Responsibility for monitoring and troubleshooting existing jobs and job control.
• Design and development of data quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Collaborating with data analysts, data scientists and business stakeholders in an international context.

Qualification and Education Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with a high level of quality awareness.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a globally distributed team.
• Experience in data engineering and data warehousing, including practical implementation and management of data pipelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

Experience:

• 5-9 years of experience implementing and managing ETL and data pipelines.
  
  

Preferred Skills / Special Skills:

• Extensive experience and proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS (mandatory).
• Knowledge of development with Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and Python is advantageous; experience with cloud technologies and big data environments is a plus.
