About The Role
We are seeking Customer Acquisition Manager – Niyo Express to join our team. They will be
responsible for on-site consultative queries for our insta-forex products & services and generate
referrals from the existing customer and any follow-up requirements from their side. The ideal
candidates should possess excellent communication skills and have a proactive attitude by owning
the brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultative Onboarding: Manage the walk-in customers at visa centre implant
for consultative sales and onboarding assistance for bank KYC Process.
Customer Engagement: Maintain regular, meaningful interactions with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and enhance overall satisfaction for follow-up sales & service requests. Product Penetration: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across our product suite to increase repeat business and improve product adoption across the product mix from retail as well corporate clients. Retention & Loyalty: Implement targeted strategies to strengthen long-term customer relationships and repeat business requirements.
Required Skills And Expertise
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any stream. Finance, Marketing, Sales background preferred.
- Excellent communication in English and local language expertise will be added advantage.
- Interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with HNI customers effectively.
- Knowledge of any financial products sales & service will be an added advantage.
Other Requirements
- 0-3 Years in any service or sales industry with focus on customer facing deliverables.
