Job Summary

The Culture & People Experience (CPE) Business Partner plays a pivotal role in shaping organizational culture and driving business success through people strategies. This role is responsible for building strong, collaborative relationships across the business, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders, and enabling talent development to deliver results. The CPE Business Partner supports workforce planning, fosters associate engagement, and provides organizational development solutions. Acting as a consultant to both managers and associates, the role ensures effective resolution of employee relations issues and contributes to company-wide programs and initiatives.


  • Partner with leadership to strengthen culture, implement CPE strategies, and build relationships that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify, develop, and retain talent aligned with organizational goals.
  • Analyse HR trends and metrics in partnership with the CPE team to design solutions, programs, and policies that reinforce culture and engagement.
  • Manage and resolve day-to-day employee relations issues with fairness and consistency.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks.
  • Provide policy guidance and interpretation to leaders and associates.
  • Offer strategic input on resource allocation and workforce planning.
  • Identify training needs and recommend leadership coaching for managers.
  • Serve as the primary strategic CPE business partner and consultant to the business.

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or a master’s degree with specialization in Human Resources.
  • 6–8 years of HR experience, including partnering with business leaders on workforce planning and employee relations.
  • Broad knowledge of HR disciplines: organizational development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, compensation, and employment law.
  • Proven ability to provide strategic advice, assess risks, and deliver practical solutions.
  • Excellent management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


Preferred Qualifications


  • HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or GPHR.
  • Experience in AI and automation
  • Experience in using HRIS tools, like workday, SuccessFactors, etc
