Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and communications to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop and validate functional specifications and integration solutions.
- Drive adoption of best practices in project management methodologies aligned with organizational and client standards.
- Ensure effective coordination across functional, technical, and external vendor teams.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to project team members to foster collaboration and high performance.
- Monitor project financials and metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage change control and ensure timely communication of project status to stakeholders.
- Oversee testing phases including system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Facilitate go-live planning and post-implementation service management to ensure smooth transitions and operational stability.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 15+ years of total professional experience, with at least 5+ years in project management roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations.
- Strong functional expertise in HCM processes and solutions.
- Experience in requirement development, functional design, implementation, data migration, testing, and go-live.
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM integrations and technical components.
- Exposure to SaaS delivery models, preferably Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Industry-recognized project management certification such as PMI PMP or Prince2.
- Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative project management skills including financial and performance metrics.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project demands.
Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background in HCM, coupled with proven project management expertise, to successfully deliver complex Oracle HCM solutions.
