Consultant — Advisory And Client Solutioning

About the Role: You will join Synpulses financial-services consulting practice, advising banks and wealth managers on complex business transformations. Based in India, you will work alongside the solution lead across private-banking and wealth-management engagements from the first client conversation to the signed proposal. Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA from Top institutions 
• 5+ years in consulting, advisory, pre-sales or solutioning within financial services.
• Proven client-solutioning and pre-sales track record
• Sound grasp of wealth / banking concepts: portfolios, instruments, valuations, performance, reporting.
• Structured problem-solver who turns ambiguity into clarity.
• Persuasive communicator, written and verbal; credible with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen — scoping, estimating and change requests.
• Core / wealth-platform exposure (Avaloq, Temenos, FNZ or similar) a plus.
• Willing to travel to client sites as needed.

• Advise clients on the best-fit strategy and solution.
• Shape requirements and options into clear proposals, effort estimates and pricing.
• Produce client-ready decks, memos and one-pagers that make complex topics simple.
• Run requirement pre-implementation workshops; turn client data into a feasible approach.
• Own Client requests end-to-end: scope, assumptions, risk, effort and commercials.
• Keep clients, platform vendors and delivery teams aligned from pitch to handover.
• Protect scope, margin and timelines as opportunities move into delivery.
