Building a CI (Continuous Improvement) culture in our functions DNA in GBS sites, by using CI knowledge on methodologies like Just Do it, PDCA, Lean Six Sigma
Implement CI knowledge on assigned tasks which requires independent Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis, Risk Assessments (FMEA), Designing current and future state, building Implementation plans and controls and driving solutions to completion
Delivering on CI targets/key performance indicators set up by the Global CI team and Regional CI Manager
Drive value to the GBS site by executing on the following CI parameters
Building CI skillsets
Imparting Global CI trainings including CI foundations, Onboarding, and master classes
Facilitate train the trainer sessions
Designing and building specific CI contents for the region
Executing CI Learnings
Drive ideations (generate ideas) top down and bottoms up in partnership with operations
Maintenance of ideations and projects in CI tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project details and value delivered (benefits calculations)
Coaching regional and global initiatives, as well resources seeking CI certifications
Support CI Ambassadors development including mentoring on CI program support
Building and executing huddle boards across processes in the site and ensure adoption
Support regional CI governance for all towers in the site and REGIONAL PROCESS DELIVERY LEAD connects
Support in building and maintenance of CI processes, tools, and templates
Delivering values
Support CI Manager in achieving CI targeted tangible benefits for the year
Execute two or more strategic global or regional initiatives for a tower in partnership with Global Process Owners/Process Managers/Regional Process Delivery Leads
:20% to 30% of dedication on low end automations like VBA Macro, PowerApps Automation, Power Automation and Power BI visualization etc.
Key Activities
Building CI Skill sets:
[Developing and sustaining a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) and knowledge about related methodologies/activities (Just Do it, PDCA, Lean Six Sigma) across all functions, GBS and Non GBS, in shared service center]
Internal CI Ambassadors onboarding / training for all the CI Ambassadors
Master class training for the identified employees in partnership with CI Manager
Execute projects and identification of Improvement opportunities. Provide forums and support teams to do effective execution
Driving ideations top down and bottoms up in partnership with operations
Support in deployment and sustenance of CI program including a coaching support structure to drive CI initiatives and ensure sustainability of improvements
Partner with Service Excellence teams on Business Impacts, RPA Automations and Business Process Management to provide holistic experience to GBS
Building, maintaining ideation and project trackers, support governance
Manage the improvement project funnel for the applicable towers & Maintenance of ideations and projects in CI tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project details and value delivered (benefits calculations)
Coaching regional initiatives, as well as resources seeking CI certifications
Support regional CI governance for all towers in the Site and Regional Process Delivery Lead connects
Supporting CI Ambassador roles for the Site/s and associated towers including coaching and skill development on CI Methodologies
Assist Regional CI Manager in training and upskilling of CI Ambassadors.
Execute and contribute up to 40% to regional and/or global CI projects which may include automation support
Appx. 20% to 30% focus on low-end automations such as VBA Macros, PowerApps Automation, Power Automate, and Power BI visualization.
Lead and execute 2 or more Regional/Global initiatives
Experience
5+ years of experience working in fast pace multicultural environment, ideally in SSC/GBS structures, preferably within Finance domain
3+ years of experience in lean and six sigma methodology with the proven track record of delivering high value (50K USD+ preferred) improvement projects
Green Belt Six Sigma Trained and Certified or in the phase of Certification
Preferably a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Finance but not a deal breaker
Available to work under severe time pressure and delivering on agreed deadlines
Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills on all organizational levels; ability to gain respect and trust through situational leadership and integrity and inspire others to follow and participate in the change process
Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Visio, Minitab etc.), able to prepare various forms of CI communication to the various audiences
Knowledge of VBA/Macros, Power Apps, Power Automation along with Power BI, Python is an added advantage
Full professional proficiency in English
