• Excellent understanding of business requirement gathering and documentation

• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams

• Ability to identify gaps, dependencies and potential business risks

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in requirement validation and prioritization

• Ability to coordinate with business and technical teams

• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows

• Experience preparing BRDs, functional requirements and related documentation

• Ability to support requirement discussions, workshops and solution alignment

• Strong ownership of deliverables and ability to work independently

? Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze and document business requirements

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives and expectations

• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements

• Conduct requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions

• Identify process gaps, dependencies and improvement opportunities

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood

• Validate proposed solutions against business requirements

• Manage requirement changes and ensure proper documentation

• Support prioritization of requirements based on business value

• Track requirements through the project lifecycle

• Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders

• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support business decisions
