Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. You will support transformation initiatives by developing business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Engaging with cross-functional teams, you will facilitate discussions that drive innovation and efficiency, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the business. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation that outlines business processes and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with business process modeling and analysis. - Strong understanding of business transformation methodologies. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Experience in stakeholder management and engagement. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
