We’re looking for software engineers to:

• provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services
• analyze business requirements for the Group HR Tech division
• design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages
• providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
• conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC
• see that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process move from test to production
  
  

Your team
You’ll be working in the Recruiting team in Group HR Tech, as part of the Technology division in Pune. We provide central services to Recruiting business as technology team building solutions across the life cycle. As a Full stack software engineer, you’ll play an important role in HRIT Architecture and development team

Your expertise

• Developer is to be a part of the HRIT Architecture and development team. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in system design, application development and testing demonstrating a track record of delivering high-quality and reliable software solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in Java, Python and Databases with an emphasis on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Hands-on experience in developing integrations, enhancements related to BrassRing and Workbench applications.
• Proficient in building and managing APIs, with a focus on RESTful services.
• Experience with cloud services, preferably Azure, and the ability to utilize cloud resources in backend development including understanding of cloud architecture and deployment strategies.
• Partner with Business architecture, engineering, technology infrastructure services, and production support to resolve issues that arise during deployment, integrations, or post implementation support.
• Proven ability to work independently and on own initiative while juggling multiple tasks
• Experience with the agile way of working
• Design, plan and deliver solutions in a large scale enterprise environment
