General Summary:

This position is responsible for assessing risk and approving new or adjusted client terms and credit limits, incoming orders, and other credit related responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Reviewing client terms and current aged AR balances and approving new orders accordingly or taking appropriate action to clear collection issues as needed.
2. Updating changes to client accounts including setting up new clients, bad debt flags, payment date changes, name/address changes, etc.
3. Set-up new client portal accounts and manage invoice submission process
4. Analyze customer payment trends and identify potential credit risks or collection
5. Credit card processing requests including SVC Group batching, rerunning failed credit cards,
6. Collect payments due on
7. Manage pre-paid backlog, maintaining 90-day or less
8. Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders regarding credit terms, payment status, and account issues.
9. Identify opportunities to improve credit processes, reporting, and operational efficiency through process improvements and automation where applicable.
10. Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information and uphold high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
