About the role

As an Application Specialist (Integration), you will be a key player in building and maintaining integrations that drive digital transformation for some of the world’s most recognized brands. You will analyze customer needs, design solutions and work with technologies like APIs, EDI, file transfers and SQL to build seamless connections between applications and systems.

This is a role for someone who enjoys combining technical skills with customer collaboration — someone who thrives on continuous learning and solving real-world challenges through elegant integration solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with system integrations.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into well-structured, technical integration solutions.
• Experience managing the full integration lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across business and technical teams.
• A proactive mindset, with proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Solid knowledge of MS SQL, web services, SFTP, and tools like SOAPUI, ReadyAPI, Postman, and SQL Server Management Studio
• Familiarity with file formats such as XML, CSV, JSON and IFTMIN.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, BMC Remedy or ServiceNow

Considered a plus:

• Experience in supply chain or logistics domains and ERP systems.
• Exposure to tools like Power BI, Graylog, or Grafana.
• Familiarity with software release cycles and configuration management.
