You will be bringing to life a new Digital Platform capability by transforming and modernising our digital estate to build a market-leading digital offering with customer experience at its heart. You will be developing scrum principles and sprint goals aligned to industry best practices, and the banks objectives, to foster a high-performing technology team and support the successful progression on scrum projects. You will be maintaining day to day work with the lines of business and bring to life their needs through solutions and realising these through rapid prototyping and proof of concepts using Java, BDD testing concepts and Public Cloud (AWS).
To Be Successful In This Role You Should Have
Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience of working in an Agile transformation environment.
An understanding of Java, BDD testing concepts and Public Cloud (AWS).
Some Other Highly Desirable Skills Include
An understanding in authorisation and authentication technologies such as Policy as Code, IAM (Identity Access Management), IAM solutions (PingGateway, PingAM, PingIDM, PingDS).
Experience relationship building skills, patience, and resilience to change current thinking and working practices.
Ability to translating technical concepts and solutions to both non-technical and technical teams without losing the detail.
Accredited Agile practitioner.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be based out of our Pune office.
Purpose of the role
Guides teams, leaders, and organizations in adopting and optimizing Agile practices. To foster an Agile mindset, enhance team performance, and drive continuous improvement by coaching teams in Agile methodologies, facilitating collaboration, and removing barriers to efficiency. Align Agile practices with organisational goals and support long-term, sustainable Agile transformations.
Accountabilities
Mentor and coach : Guide teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, tools, and methodologies in alignment to the Business Unit’s strategic needs and delivering value to the client / customers
Facilitate Colleague Development: Coach and Develop colleagues to embed Agile ways of working, championing an Agile mindset and behaviors to drive cultural change
Build High-Performing Teams: Help teams identify and address impediments to Agile execution and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
Continuous Improvement: Use data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Cross Business Collaboration: Collaborate with other Agile Coaches, share best practice and contribute to a network of Agile champions across Business Units
Agile Adoption: Own the Agile coaching strategy to continually improve maturity levels across the organisation by embedding best practices.
