Description:

• Works on routine tasks under moderate supervision.
• Tracking customers' orders and handling the steps involved with fulfilling them.
• Helps clients with orders quoting, entry, processing, fulfilment, review, payment, etc.
• Ensures timely release of orders and a fulfilment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Monitors and resolves order issues and processing errors, seeking advice from more senior employees in the same area.
• Develops, analyzes and reviews order management process standards (e.g. data accuracy, process improvements), puts forth solutions to supervisor
