efficiently? Your role will focus on the system and process responsibilities of our Transaction Monitoring solution that is part of Group Technology Fin Crime.

Your role will support the rollout and maintenance of our Transaction Monitoring solution globally; hence we are looking for:

detailed requirements gathering/refinement, effective translation for the engineering team

strong analytical skills,

the ability to keep in contact with a multitude of stakeholders at all levels as well as to ensure the successful

implementation by the project target date and aftercare.

act as an agile member in a Scrum team

Your team

You will work in a highly collaborative environment with colleagues from globally diverse backgrounds and skillsets coming together to solve challenging problems as a team. You’ll be based in Pune (India) collaborating with a strong local team, as well as the AML Transaction Monitoring teams globally. Our role is to design and implement innovative IT solutions to help prevent, detect and report on financial crimes and terrorist financing activities.

Your expertise

8yrs of strong technical experience foundation with knowledge of application architecture, relational and non-relational databases, and

proficiency in writing database queries.

practical experience with AML Transaction Monitoring platforms, preferably NICE Actimize (SAM, ActOne), including

participation in major upgrades or migrations.

familiarity with data onboarding, scenario configuration, segmentation, and alert quality optimization.

solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile delivery practices.

ability to translate technical requirements into robust, business-aligned solutions.

excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts and collaborate effectively with both technical teams and

business stakeholders.

strong decision-making and prioritization skills, supported by clear reasoning.

experience working in multicultural environments and appreciation of cultural diversity.

exposure to Compliance, Regulatory, or Governance functions is an advantage.

fluency in English.

a masters degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
