Responsibilities

Support in the monitoring and management of accounts receivable and accounts payable to enhance cash flow.
Generate and analyze financial reports, helping in identifying trends and financial health of the organization.
Liaise with external auditors and assist in the completion of annual audits and reviews.
Provide support in budget preparation and assist in budget adherence and variance analysis.
Collaborate with other departments to clarify and smooth financial process workflows.
Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Assist in implementing internal controls and financial procedures to prevent potential risks.
Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Respond to inquiries regarding financial records, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential.
Proven experience in accounting or a finance role, demonstrating operational acuity.
Strong proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Efficient in handling and prioritizing multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration.
Experience with preparing financial statements and performing reconciliations.
