Your Mission

To transform iThrive’s clinical breakthroughs, academy insights, and supplement science into

thumb-stopping educational assets. You’ll be responsible for creating stunning, high-quality video

content across social media, marketing campaigns, product shoots, and brand films.

What You’ll Do

• Narrative Engineering: Convert long-form podcasts and clinical case studies into high-impact
  
  

• Data-Driven Iteration: Use engagement metrics to refine hooks, pacing, and CTAs.
• Cross-Vertical Synergy: Create distinct visual styles for Alive, Academy, and Essentials.
• AI Integration: Utilize ethical AI tools for color grading, noise reduction, and captioning.
  
  

• Strong psychological hooks in first 3 seconds
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to simplify complex functional medicine concepts
• Excellent English with error-free subtitles
  
  

• 1–3 years experience in video editing and post-production
• Passion for experimenting with editing styles
• Ability to work fast and deliver quality consistently
  
  

• Experience with AI video tools
• Camera handling and lighting knowledge
• Strong portfolio
