Summary

Purpose of the Position (Short Summary of the Role):

• Support technical project lead in coordination of the technical project management activities
• Support TPL for representation and coordination in technical development activities
• Creation and maintenance of technical product description
• Prepare project schedule
• Responsible for consolidation of cost estimates for the project and regularly monitor and present budget spending status within technical development
  
  

• To be representative of Engineering team in different activities & different forums
• Reporting on critical status of project to TPL
• Presenting technical issues status & resolution in management forum

• Prepare project status in terms of targets & milestones (time, cost, quality etc.) with the input from technical development team
• Reviewing the project status regularly and share with technical development team in regular meeting
• Track regularly the technical issues, possible or identified actions & plan for next stages of project.
• Reporting on project aspects in different forums to ensure the smooth execution of the project.
• Activities in Engineering changes > Discussing changes with Technical team, tracking and reviewing the changes till implementation
• Ensuring system status reporting and tracking Release (e.g. Bill of material, MBT, FAKOM, B Release, BMG release) a
• Support activities related to getting business from Head Quarters
• Support process establishment for R&D activities from Headquarter/ other VW brands
• Evaluation for selection of Engineering service Providers
• Handling Technical Project Management rated audits
