We are looking for a motivated and technically capable professional to join a fast-growing Engineering and IT environment delivering end-to-end solutions across engineering, embedded systems, VLSI, and digital technology domains.

The role offers an opportunity to work on challenging projects for global and enterprise clients across industries such as Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Semiconductor, Rail, Industrial, and IT/Digital. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, adaptable, and comfortable working in a collaborative, project-driven environment.

• Contribute to the design, development, testing, and delivery of assigned engineering or technology solutions.
• Understand project requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, technology, project management, and client teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain high-quality technical deliverables in line with project standards.
• Analyse technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, testing, debugging, and validation activities.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined quality, performance, and customer requirements.
• Support documentation of technical specifications, processes, test results, and project outcomes.
• Work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with relevant technologies, engineering practices, tools, and industry trends.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery against project commitments.
• Support client engagements and contribute to delivering solutions aligned with business and technical objectives.

• 3+ years of professional experience in engineering, IT, embedded systems, VLSI, software development, or a related technical domain.
• Strong technical fundamentals relevant to your area of expertise.
• Experience working on engineering or technology projects with defined quality and delivery standards.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand complex requirements and develop practical technical solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing project requirements.
• Strong ownership mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously strengthen technical capabilities.
• Experience working with global clients or enterprise-level projects will be an advantage.
