Primary Responsibility:

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (Google, Meta,

LinkedIn, SEO, etc.).

• Drive lead generation campaigns focused on hostel occupancy and brand awareness.

• Manage SEO/SEM, social media presence, paid campaigns, and influencer

collaborations.

• Optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.

• Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and create actionable

insights.

• Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment between digital

strategy and business objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.

• Proven track record in managing performance marketing, SEO, and digital

campaigns.

• Experience in co-living / hostel management / real estate industry preferred.

• Strong analytical and creative skills to deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
