Warehouse Executive

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Warehouse Executive to lead and streamline warehousing operations for D2C and Quick Commerce businesses. The role demands expertise in D2C fulfilment, Quick Commerce operations, and Drop Shipment models, ensuring seamless execution of the online customer journey and rapid scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Online Fulfilment: Manage inbound, storage, inventory accuracy, online order picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• D2C Fulfilment: Build and optimize direct-to-customer order processes with high SLA adherence.
• Quick Commerce Operations: Set up and manage fast-turnaround order processing systems to meet express delivery commitments.
• Drop Shipment Models: Coordinate directly with brands/vendors for drop-ship fulfilment while ensuring SLA compliance.
• People Management: Lead and mentor online warehouse teams; drive productivity, training, and performance.
• Tech & Process Enablement: Implement and scale WMS, OMS, and automation tools for efficiency in online fulfilment.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and safety protocols.
• Reporting & Metrics: Drive KPIs such as order TAT, accuracy, shrinkage, fulfilment rates, and cost per order.
  
  

• 1–3 years of experience in warehousing/logistics, with at least 3 years in D2C and Quick Commerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, OMS, inventory systems, and last-mile delivery integrations.
• Proven experience in online fulfilment set-up and scaling in a high-growth environment.
• Strong people management, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with focus on KPIs, cost optimization, and process excellence.
  
  

• Experience with tech-driven supply chain or high-volume e-commerce startups.
• Lean/Six Sigma or process excellence certifications.
