Warehouse Executive Inbound

About The Role

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inbound Executive to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you'll ensure that all incoming materials are received accurately, inspected for quality, and recorded efficiently in the system. If you have experience in warehouse operations, inventory, QC, or inbound logistics and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials from vendors to ensure quality and quantity standards.
• Verify goods against Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, delivery challans, and other documents.
• Identify damaged, short, excess, or incorrect materials and coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely resolution.
• Update inward entries, GRNs, and inventory transactions accurately in the ERP/WMS.
• Maintain records of inward materials, QC reports, shortages, returns, and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, Accounts, and Vendor teams for smooth inbound operations.
• Follow warehouse SOPs and quality standards during the receiving process.
• Support stock audits, inventory reconciliation, and continuous process improvements.
  
  

• 1–4 years of experience in Inbound Operations, Warehouse, Inventory, or Store Management.
• Experience in vendor coordination and documentation handling.
• Basic knowledge of QC inspection, GRN, inventory management, and warehouse processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
