Job Purpose

Duties And Responsibilities

RBI Regulatory COE:

•  Work closely with the RBI Reporting Team to provide project management support, oversee project timelines and deliverables, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
•  Serve as the primary point of contact for the Finance Team during RBI inspections
•  Provide project management support to the Reporting Team, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and identifying risks and issues
•  Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables are completed on time
•  Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports for RBI inspections
•  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures
•  Identify areas for process improvement and work with the Finance Team to implement changes
•  Act as a liaison between the Finance Team and other departments within the organization
  
  
  

•  Qualifications
•  CA / CA Inter having minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry
•  Having strong background of accounting & financial systems
•  Strong understanding of RBI regulations and requirements
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
•  Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
•  Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
•  Work Experience
•  1 - 2 years of experience in Banking / NBFC industry
