Job Purpose

The Product Manager – Searchs - Responsible for driving end-to-end Search product growth by managing build, Funnel performance, and KPIs. Works closely with PMG, COE, IT and operations teams to improve conversion, customer experience, compliance, and profitability while ensuring achievement of AOP targets.

Duties And Responsibilities

•  Own product platform to build Search capabilities
•  Define and execute product roadmap and feature launches
•  Drive end-to-end funnel performance and KPI improvements
•  Optimizations in platform for respective product to ensure consistency in performance
•  Enhance customer experience
•  Ensure regulatory compliance and process governance for respective product
•  Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver AOP targets and business outcomes
  
  
  

•  Prioritization of search features, enhancements, and roadmap initiatives
•  Funnel optimization actions to improve conversion and reduce drop-offs
•  Customer segmentation, targeting, and offer strategy in coordination with business and risk
•  Pricing inputs, campaigns, and growth levers to drive disbursals
•  Process changes to improve TAT, automation, and customer experience
•  Go/no-go decisions on new launches, pilots, and experiments
•  Trade-offs between growth, risk, compliance, and profitability
  
  
  

•  Reducing funnel drop-offs while maintaining compliance controls
•  Optimizing approval rates without increasing delinquency
•  Ensuring fast TAT despite dependencies on other teams
•  Aligning multiple stakeholders (PMG, COE, Ops, IT etc)
•  Adapting to regulatory changes and evolving customer expectation
  
  
  

•  Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
•  5+ years of product management experience in Personal Search, fintech, or related domains.
•  Strong understanding of Product management systems and Search application processes across App and Web.
•  Experience with API-based solutions, integrations, and multi-platform product delivery.
•  Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
•  Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
