Purpose Of The Position

To manage activity of people services function such as Bus Transportation Mgmt. Company car administration, Pool car and Driver Mgmt. Fuel Mgmt. Monitoring compliances of all three locations, Budget Tracking and provisioning for all three location, Rent a car Service Mgmt. and General Administration. To ensure that services are provided which are cost effective & within budgetary limit.

Authority

  • Vendor Evaluation & penalty due to services issue SC Management for People services
  • Bus route planning, Disciplinary actions related to operations
  • First approval for Manual fuel claims

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Mobility – Bus Transport

  • Managing Bus transportation operation of fleet of 85 Buses
  • Achieving on time drops at plan ensuring safety of employees
  • Bus route planning and optimization wherever possible
  • Guidance and checks of CSN Transport operations
  • CY Budget is 202 Mio INR

Mobility – Pool Cars

  • Ensuring smooth operations of car bookings of employees as per Pool car and rent-a-car policy
  • Pool cars and driver utilization
  • Planning for board members & VIP guest visit
  • CY Budget is 41.12 Mio INR

Budget

  • Entire People Services Budget Management of Pune, Mumbai and CSN location
  • Review monthly forecasting of Pune, CSN & Mumbai
  • On time submission of Provision and PR round data
  • Ensuring Timely clearance of payments of vendors

Compliance

  • Monitor Statutory Compliance for all three location i.e. Pune, CSN & Mumbai
  • Implementation of all documented policies, procedures in line with requirements of ISO 45001 OHSMS and QMS for People Services Section

General Administration

  • Preparing RFQ for People Services section
  • Contract renewals of vendors
  • SC Management for personnel services
  • SLA of vendors
  • Event Management28. MIS
  • Ensuring Timely NDC certificate of payments from vendors for all three location
