TL Product Mgmt Aftermarket

Reports To: Aftermarket Manager / Production Engineering Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Plan, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for aftermarket products including spare parts, assemblies, and upgrades.
• Liaise closely with design, quality, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production workflows and timely deliveries.
• Implement cost-effective production methods while maintaining high quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Support reverse engineering efforts and production of legacy components with limited or no existing documentation.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and quality standards for aftermarket manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions to reduce defects and improve yield.
• Analyze production data and optimize inventory levels to balance demand and supply efficiently.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for outsourced manufacturing or components as needed.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing production costs and cycle times in the aftermarket segment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations throughout manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support to aftermarket service teams and customers, assisting with product modifications and upgrades if required.
