Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT PMO workstreams in complex IT projects and multi-project environments
• Coordinate cross-project reporting and ensure portfolio-level visibility
• Guide and support PMO Specialists in applying governance and delivery standards
• Act as sparring partner for senior project managers and key business stakeholders
• Identify gaps and improvement areas in PMO structures and delivery processes
• Shape and further develop methods, templates, and governance frameworks
• Support onboarding and knowledge transfer within the global IT PMO team
• Drive harmonization and structural maturity across the IT PMO Hub
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT PMO, project steering, or program coordination
• Proven experience in managing PMO activities across multiple projects or programs
• Strong skills in structuring complexity, enabling consistency, and supporting teams
• Confident communicator, analytical thinker, and quality-oriented executor
• Fluent in English; strong intercultural collaboration mindset
• Self-driven, structured, and focused on sustainable delivery improvement
• Skilled in MS Office and project tools such as (Planview, Jira, Power BI, etc)
