Technology Lead - Payment Systems

We are looking for a Technology Lead - Payment systems

You’ll make a difference by:

• Lead a payments-grade platform with strong ownership across:
• Payments processing systems
• Cloud infrastructure & reliability
• Cost optimization (FinOps)
• PCI-DSS compliance and secure architecture
• This role is for someone who has built and scaled real transaction systems, not just managed engineering teams.
• High Competency in following areas:
• 1. Architect and scale payment systems
• Payment orchestration layers
• Gateway / processor integrations
• Ledgering, reconciliation, settlements
• Payment lifecycle (auth → capture → settlement → reconciliation)
• 2. Drive cloud architecture (AWS) with high availability and auto scaling
• 3. Implement strong FinOps discipline
• 4. Lead PCI-DSS compliant architecture and partner with auditors and compliance teams
• 5. Build and Lead teams across Backend, DevOps, Security and Data
• 6. Translate business/payment requirements into Scalable and Resilient systems
