SW Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Software Team Leader with strong technical expertise in software development, testing, and test automation. In this role, you will lead and mentor a development team, ensure high-quality delivery

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a software/ test automation developer team in an Agile environment
• Oversee development, testing, test automation, and CI/CD practices
• Drive creation and maintenance of automated test suites
• Collaborate with cross‑functional international teams using Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins
  
  

Required Qualifications

10+ years in programming, software testing, and/or test automation

Prior software team leadership experience

Strong experience with:

• Python (required), JavaScript (nice to have)
• Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework
• Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines
• Git workflows
• Solid understanding of test automation principles and manual testing experience
• Familiarity with Agile development practices
