The role of Supply Manager Program is based in Pune, India.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project purchasing activities within a project team for programs located in Europe or the Americas (offshore purchasing).
• Prepare RFQs, conduct supplier consultations and negotiations, manage sourcing decisions, and ensure follow-up after supplier nomination.
• Ensure quality, cost, and timing objectives are achieved with suppliers located outside India.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across engineering, logistics, and quality during the project lifecycle.
  
  

Requirements

• Mechanical or Plastics engineering background.
• 8–10 years of experience in New Product Development and Supplier Management.
• Solid experience as a Project Buyer on international projects.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
