Description

Responsibilities

• Architect and Design: Identify and select the most suitable technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns to meet project goals. You will be responsible for creating high-level design documents and ensuring the technical vision aligns with business objectives, particularly for modern AI and Agentic AI applications.
• System Development: Lead the implementation of scalable and reliable software solutions, focusing on backend services that process and manage data from chat and transcription channels. You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Technology Evaluation: Take ownership of the technology evaluation process. You will be expected to independently research, test, and assess new technologies, frameworks, and tools without direct guidance, and make recommendations on their suitability for the companys needs.
• Software Engineering Fundamentals: Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Experience with multiple programming languages and paradigms (object-oriented, functional, etc.).
• Development Practices: Proven experience with modern software development practices including version control (Git), automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and agile development methodologies. Experience writing production-quality code that has been deployed and maintained in live systems.
• Mentorship and Leadership: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Effective Communication: Present technical concepts, project progress, and architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You must be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or architect-level role.
• Platform Expertise: Proven experience in designing and building platforms that work with high-volume data from chat and transcription channels.
• Guidance: Demonstrated ability to work independently and provide technical direction to a team.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Software Engineering Fundamentals: Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Experience with multiple programming languages and paradigms (object-oriented, functional, etc.).

• Architectural Patterns: Deep understanding of modern software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture, distributed systems).
• AI Expertise: Knowledge of and experience with modern AI and Agentic AI applications.
• Data Processing: Experience with data pipelines and real-time data processing.
• Performance Optimization: Expertise in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks in large-scale systems.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to diverse audiences.
• Presentation: Proficiency in creating and delivering clear, compelling technical presentations.

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
